Description
The 48″ OPSCO Separator Package is a skid-mounted, three-phase horizontal separation unit used to split well production into gas, oil and water streams at upstream oil and gas facilities. Manufactured by OPSCO, the package is built around a 48-inch diameter horizontal vessel rated for sour service, making it suitable for H2S-bearing production where sweet-service equipment cannot be applied. The unit is fully skidded for transport and quick site placement, with an overall footprint of roughly 30 ft by 10 ft, a height of about 12 ft and a weight of approximately 15,000 kg. Its three-phase configuration handles gas, oil and water separation in a single vessel, suiting wellsite, group station and test separation duties.
