Description
These 1100 BBL insulated horizontal storage tanks were built in 2018 by Automated Tank Manufacturing Inc for high-volume fluid storage at oil and gas production and disposal facilities. The horizontal configuration keeps the full 1100 barrel capacity low to grade on a structural steel skid, measuring roughly 42 feet long by 12 feet wide and 13 feet high, which simplifies trucking between sites and avoids the crane work a tall vertical tank of this capacity would need. The insulated exterior, finished in bright green, protects stored fluids through freezing conditions and reduces heating demand, and each tank is fitted with a bolted circular manway on the head for internal access alongside flanged inlet and outlet connections with valve trim, with the manufacturer's nameplate mounted on the head. Applications include produced water storage, crude staging, and disposal facility duty where relocatable bulk capacity is needed.
