Description
This 1.5 MM BTU line heater is a brand new, never used wellstream heating package built in 2014 for Fourstar Resources, designed to warm high-pressure production and prevent hydrate freeze-off at gas wellsites. The vessel measures 48 inches OD with an 18-foot straight-side shell and carries a 3395 psi maximum allowable working pressure in sour service, allowing it to take high-pressure H2S-bearing wellstreams directly — a specification well above common low-pressure line heaters. Firing is controlled by a Profire 2100 CSA burner management system for safe unattended operation. The package sits on a full-length structural steel skid roughly 22 feet long by 8 feet wide, and the photograph shows a fully clad unit in bright, unweathered insulation jacketing with a top-mounted expansion tank, access ladder, and an enclosed instrument and burner cabinet, all consistent with its never-used status.
