New 1000 BBL Production & Sales Tanks (Insulated)

These new 1000 BBL production and sales tanks are vertical storage vessels for crude oil and produced fluid service at oil and gas batteries, supplied externally insulated and internally coated with Devoe 253 for protection against corrosive production fluids. Each tank comes complete with a full working package: EnviroVault containment protection, an access ladder, a 12 inch firetube for direct-fired product heating, a 2 foot by 4 foot manway for internal access, lifting lugs, hauling pads, and base skids, so the unit arrives ready to set, tie in, and fill rather than needing accessory fabrication on site. The 1000 barrel capacity suits production storage and sales oil duty at multi-well facilities, with the firetube keeping heavy crude and emulsions flowable through winter operation and the insulation holding heating costs down. As unused new stock, the tanks offer full service life and modern coatings without new-build lead times.
