400 BBL Partially Internally Coated Tank

Built by Argo Sales Ltd. in 2013 and still unused, this 400 BBL single wall storage tank (Stock Number 15518) is designed for wellsite storage of crude oil, produced water, and completion fluids on oilfield leases. The floor and the bottom 3 ft of the shell wall carry Devoe 253 internal coating, guarding against the corrosive water bottoms that shorten the life of bare-steel tanks while leaving the balance of the shell in standard configuration. The tank is mounted on an L-skid for laydown transport and stand-up on location, and is fitted with a thief hatch for gauging and sampling plus an external level indicator. At approximately 13 ft diameter and 28,000 lb it hauls as a conventional 400 BBL load. The partially coated single wall design suits produced water and crude service at single-well batteries, satellite sites, and fluid-handling operations where floor corrosion is the main concern. In the photo the tank shows a clean, uniform exterior finish with capped flanged nozzles and no service staining, consistent with unused stock stored in the yard alongside matching units.
