Description
Neway’s Figure G1RNF-51HFW-T-600 is a full-port, outside-screw-and-yoke (OS&Y) wedge-gate valve designed for low-pressure, corrosive service. The body and bonnet are ASTM A995 Grade 6A super-duplex stainless steel (UNS S32760), offering twice the strength of 316 SS and a PREN >40 for excellent resistance to chloride-induced pitting. With ASME Class 150 raised-face flanges and API 600 trim, the valve provides tight shut-off in either flow direction, making it ideal for seawater, chemically aggressive brines, produced water, and offshore fire-main or utility systems. Compared with conventional CF8M gate valves, the duplex metallurgy dramatically reduces weight-to-pressure ratios, erosion, and life-cycle cost. A manual rising-stem/handwheel gear operator with padlock provision ensures positive visual indication of valve position. Face-to-face and flange dimensions follow ASME B16.10/B16.5, allowing drop-in replacement with standard 150-lb cast-steel valves.
