Description
These brand new 400 BBL production tanks are built and rated for sour service, ready for crude oil and produced water storage on wells where H2S is present and standard tanks will not meet spec. Sour service construction addresses the cracking and corrosion risks hydrogen sulphide poses to ordinary steel, letting operators deploy the tanks directly into sour batteries and satellite sites. Each tank provides a nominal 400 BBL of capacity in an envelope of roughly 40 ft by 10 ft by 12 ft and weighs approximately 25,000 lb. Based on image analysis, the tanks are shown stored on their sides awaiting deployment, finished in a fresh, unblemished spray-applied exterior coating, with capped flanged nozzles, a shell access door, and handrail sections fitted, and a measuring tape still strung along the shell — all consistent with new, unused equipment straight from fabrication. For an operator drilling or tying in sour production, these tanks offer full-spec storage capacity without the lead time of a new fabrication order.
