Description

The Parker DB80 is a pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generator designed for on-site production of high-purity nitrogen from compressed air, eliminating the need for costly cylinder deliveries. Manufactured in 2014, this unit features dual adsorption towers, pre- and after-filters, Stoddard vent silencer, and CRN registration W1119.25. It has been recently serviced and tested under power and load, confirming excellent operational condition. Key capacities include 1381 SCFH at 99.999% purity, 2525 SCFH at 99.99%, 3417 SCFH at 99.95%, and 5445 SCFH at 99.5%, all at 110 PSI inlet air pressure. Ideal for applications in food & beverage packaging, electronics manufacturing, chemical processing, oil & gas, and pharmaceuticals requiring inert atmospheres. Benefits include energy efficiency, low maintenance, consistent purity levels, and space-saving skid-mounted design. Compared to membrane systems, PSA technology offers higher purity (up to 99.999%) with adjustable flow rates, making it superior for demanding purity specs. Compact footprint and robust construction ensure reliability in industrial environments.
