Description
KF Valve’s GA03011XU is a 3-inch, Class 300, bolted-bonnet gate valve designed for high-temperature, moderate-pressure service in oil, gas, steam and process applications. The carbon-steel (ASTM A216 WCB) body/bonnet offers durability and weld-repairability, while API 600 Trim 8 (13 Cr stainless disc and stem with hard-faced HF/Stellite® seat) provides excellent galling resistance and tight shut-off at elevated temperatures. Rising-stem, outside-screw-and-yoke construction simplifies packing maintenance and clearly indicates valve position. RF flanged ends conform to ASME B16.5, and face-to-face dimensions meet ASME B16.10, ensuring drop-in interchangeability with other ANSI gate valves. Compared with lower-trim or soft-seated alternatives, the GA03011XU tolerates up to 800 °F (427 °C) process temperatures and abrasive service, making it well-suited for refinery heater lines, boiler feed, produced water, and general utility service. This unit appears to be new, surplus stock with storage rust on flanges/bolting but no sign of in-line use, offering a cost-effective replacement for new OEM stock.
