Description
The BeaconMedaes LVLS05T-200V-TCD is a new surplus triplex vacuum pump skid package designed for reliable, high-capacity vacuum generation in medical, laboratory, and industrial applications. It features three 5 HP liquid ring vacuum pumps (total 15 HP), each rated at 460V/3Ph/60Hz, mounted on a common skid with intake filters, a 200-gallon ASME-code vertical vacuum receiver tank, and receiver bypass piping. The integrated control panel includes a touch screen HMI, Ethernet connectivity for remote monitoring, low-voltage control transformer, full-voltage motor starters with overload protection, and individual circuit breaker disconnects for each pump. Nominal capacities are 111 SCFM at 19" HgV and 42 SCFM at 25" HgV, providing redundancy and continuous operation via lead-lag sequencing.
