8x40 & 9x40 Rig Mats

Rig mats provide the working surface for drilling rigs, cranes, camps, and lease roads, spreading equipment loads over soft ground and protecting the surface underneath. On offer here are 8x40 and 9x40 mats — the full-size format used to deck out drilling pads and access routes — with 300 units in stock, enough to mat a complete pad or road project from a single source. Steel-framed with timber decks, mats of this type are handled by picker or forklift, laid edge-to-edge into continuous work surfaces, and reused across many moves and seasons, which is why used mats remain in constant demand across Western Canada. Typical applications include drilling and completion pads, pipeline right-of-way access, temporary roads over soft or wet ground, and crane matting for facility construction.
