Description

This 24″ 1440 psi sweet vertical separator, stock number 1961, is a wellsite separation unit for non-H2S gas production. Built around a 24-inch diameter vertical vessel with a maximum working pressure of 1440 psi, it covers standard high-pressure sweet gas applications where produced liquids must be knocked out ahead of measurement and pipeline entry. The vessel stands approximately 25 ft tall and weighs in the order of 3,629 kg, with the vertical arrangement keeping the site footprint small for single-well hookups. The photographs show the separator building in white metal cladding with a windowed personnel door carrying safety placards, a louvred vent and hoses stored on wall hooks, photographed in winter alongside a dark green ribbed, dome-topped fiberglass tank with a flanged manway; the cladding is straight with decals in place and no visible damage, and the adjacent tank appears intact under snow cover. Used condition, located in Crossfield, Alberta.
