Description
The PDC-4-3500 is a reconditioned, single-stage, water-cooled high-pressure diaphragm gas compressor from PDC Machines, ideal for leak-free compression of industrial gases like Argon, hydrogen, helium, and others in chemical, petrochemical, electronics, and gas cylinder filling applications. Powered by a 30 HP TEFC electric motor with stainless steel tubing for corrosion resistance, it features maximum inlet pressure of 600 PSIG and discharge up to 1000 PSIG. Recently serviced with a new diaphragm and fully tested under power, it ensures reliable, oil-free operation preventing contamination— a key advantage over piston compressors for high-purity or hazardous gases. Hermetically sealed diaphragms provide superior safety and longevity. Optional PLC-based control panel available. Benefits include low maintenance, high efficiency, and versatility across gases; drawbacks are higher initial cost and need for cooling water. Stock #11671. Perfect for boosting, transfer, or high-pressure storage.
