New 1000 BBL Production & Sales Tanks

These new 1000 BBL production and sales tanks are vertical storage vessels for crude oil and produced fluid duty at oil and gas batteries, built to the API 650 design standard with a 16 oz design pressure. Each tank is rated for sour service and fully internally coated to stand up to H2S-bearing production fluids, while the insulated exterior holds product temperature through cold-weather operation and reduces heating cost. EnviroVault protection is included, providing integral secondary containment that removes the need for separate dyking on the lease and simplifies environmental compliance. At 1000 barrels nominal capacity, the tanks suit production storage, sales oil custody duty ahead of trucking or pipeline connection, and produced water service at multi-well facilities. As unused new stock they carry full service life, current-generation coatings, and no inspection history to verify, on a far shorter timeline than ordering new fabrication.
