Description
These 1000 BBL production storage tanks are large heated vessels for crude oil and emulsion storage at well-site batteries and production facilities. Four matching units are available, originally built in 2008 by Wilco Industries Ltd. of Neilburg, Saskatchewan, and rebuilt and re-rated in 2022 by Calroc Industries of Lloydminster, AB to 16 oz design pressure for sour service. Each tank is equipped with dual firetubes, giving generous direct-fired heating capacity for heavy or waxy production, and the shells are insulated and metal-clad so the units can go straight into winter duty. The dual-firetube, sour-rated configuration suits single-well and group batteries handling sour emulsion where both heat input and H2S compliance matter.
