100 BBL Internally Coated Tanks – Insulated

This 100 BBL internally coated, insulated storage tank is a vertical wellsite tank configured for demanding fluid service: the internal coating protects the shell in produced water, salt water and chemical duty, while the exterior insulation holds process heat and guards against freezing through Alberta winters. The tank stands approximately 192 inches tall on a 96-inch footprint with a listed weight of 5,500 kg. As photographed, the exterior carries a spray-applied insulation system finished in black and stencilled Inclusive Energy Coated, with a flanged roof nozzle, shell-mounted valves, lifting lugs, a nameplate on the shell and skid rails beneath for picker handling. The insulation is continuous and in serviceable shape, showing the surface texture typical of sprayed coatings along with normal signs of use. Applications include produced and salt water storage, chemical and methanol service, and heated-fluid duty at single-well batteries and satellite sites.
