24″ 1480psi Sour Vertical Separator #0585

This 24″ 1480 psi sour vertical separator, stock number 0585, is a wellsite separation unit manufactured by Orban Industries in 2003 for H2S production service. It is built around a 24-inch diameter vertical vessel with a 1480 psi design pressure, a rating that covers most Western Canadian gas well applications, and the vertical arrangement keeps site footprint small for single-well and satellite installations. Overall package dimensions are roughly 25 ft by 8 ft with a height of about 12 ft, at approximately 8,000 kg. The photographs show the package with a large dome-topped, ribbed fiberglass tank standing beside a grey metal-clad equipment building fitted with a handwheel valve and blind-flanged wall connections; surfaces carry frost in the winter shot, the access stair handrail shows heavy surface rust, and the tank and building cladding otherwise appear intact, weathered in line with used oilfield equipment.
