Description
This new 100 BBL internally coated flare knockout is designed to sit ahead of a flare stack and drop out liquids entrained in the relief gas stream, protecting the flare tip from liquid carryover and the burning-liquid fallout it can cause. The internal coating guards the vessel against the corrosive condensates and produced liquids that collect in knockout service, extending shell life in sour and wet-gas applications. The unit measures 96 x 96 in. with a listed overall height of 288 in. and a weight of approximately 9,500 kg, and buying new means clean internals and an uncompromised coating from day one. Based on image analysis, the unit is housed in a bright galvanized Tank-Life Cradles containment enclosure stencilled UNIT TLC 19094, with a marked and flanged inlet nozzle in place and a tall stack section extending from the top, photographed on timbers alongside a matching unit stencilled TLC 18488, all presenting in clean, unweathered condition consistent with new equipment.
