The Sullair DR3223-GD is a new surplus single-stage rotary screw gas compressor package designed for natural gas compression applications such as gathering, boosting, and processing. Featuring a 950 HP (900 bhp available per SulPerCal analysis), 4160V electric motor with direct drive (no gearbox/belt), it delivers capacities up to 6.57 MMscfd at 100% rating under specified conditions (e.g., 91-100% capacity cases with discharge pressures 61-69 psig). Key components include inlet and discharge separators with post-weld heat treatment, air-cooled gas aftercooler, air-cooled oil cooler, epoxy paint finish, and Allen Bradley control panel with HMI. Benefits include high efficiency (93-96% adiabatic), low maintenance dry screw design for wet/sour gas (handles H2S/CO2 per PAA limits), and robust skid-mounted construction for field deployment.
